- Tutorial 1: Protein - DNA interaction
- In this tutorial we will analyze the structure of a Meganuclease protein bound to DNA. We first spend some time poking through the different data of PDBModel (the representation of a structure). We then extract some chains, calculate pairwise distances and contacts between atoms and visualize the results. Finally, we produce a Pymol image with the protein surface colored by contacts and sequence conservation.
