New Testing HowTo published in Biskit Documentation
The new Biskit release simplifies installation and introduces setup packages for Debian, RPM and Windows.
It's been a long time since the last "official" Biskit release which, by now, was lagging far behind the subversion snapshot. A new release can now be downloaded from the sourceforge project web site.
I've written up a Biskit tutorial that introduces you to the basic handling of protein structures, complexes and some other Biskit functions.
The VMware snapshot of a Ubuntu server with the complete Biskit package and many helper applications pre-installed is now available for download.
We have migrated the Biskit CVS repository on sourceforge to subversion (SVN).
Don't be surprised when checking out the latest Biskit version! It contains major changes with respect to the last stable release 2.0.1.
