Bugs are now managed through the github issue tracker. If you found a bug in Biskit, please, help us to fix the problem by following these steps:
Search for an existing bug -- a solution is perhaps already posted.
Please, describe the bug in detail!
Give your OS version, python version.
Try to narrow down the problem as much as possible.
Show us how to reproduce the bug.
Optimal would be some lines of python code that work stand-alone or with data in the biskit/test folder, otherwise give us, e.g., a PDB code or attach a PDB file that makes trouble.
Provide the complete error trace.
Can you suggest any workaround or patch?
