Some features that we would like to implement and didn't find time yet. Volunteers anywhere?

  • Rebuild multimer structures from PDB remarks

This requires first to change the PDBParse code and make it remember all the REMARK and other PDB information (can be put it into the info dict)

Done! Alexander Gryzlov has implemented this feature in the new BioUnit module. Thanks!
